Welcome to SeniorAid. These terms govern your use of SeniorAid.link and the services, info products, and goods offered by SeniorAid. By accessing or using any part of SeniorAid.link, you agree to these terms.
1. Definitions
"Services" refers to Senior Insurance Assistance and related support.
"Info Products" refers to digital educational materials such as guides, webinars, or courses.
"Goods" refers to physical items sold by SeniorAid.
2. Services
SeniorAid provides personalized assistance in areas related to insurance planning, claims guidance, and policy reviews. Service details are outlined at SeniorAid.link.
3. Info Products
Info Products include downloadable guides and online seminars. Access is delivered electronically upon payment.
4. Goods
Goods include branded materials and printed guides. These are shipped to the address you provide during purchase.
5. Fees and Payment
All fees are listed on SeniorAid.link. Payment must be completed before delivery of Services, Info Products, or Goods. SeniorAid accepts payment methods listed at checkout.
6. Refund Policy
We strive to ensure satisfaction for all offerings. The refund process and eligibility criteria vary by type:
6.1 Services
If you cancel a scheduled Service at least 48 hours before the appointment date, SeniorAid will issue a full refund via the original payment method within 14 days. You may opt to reschedule the Service instead of receiving a refund. Certain consultations with external specialists are nonrefundable due to third party scheduling commitments; such cases will be highlighted before purchase and can be rescheduled only in case of documented emergencies.
6.2 Info Products
Because Info Products are delivered instantly, they are nonrefundable once you download or stream them. If technical issues prevent access, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance. If we cannot resolve access issues, we will offer a credit toward another Info Product of equal value.
6.3 Goods
Unused Goods in their original condition may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. You must obtain a return authorization by contacting us. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. You may choose a replacement Good of equal value instead of a refund. Shipping cost for returns is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule any service, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance via our contact form. Late cancellations may incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. Info Products and Goods cannot be canceled once an order is confirmed and fulfilled, except as stated in section 6.
8. Limitation of Liability
SeniorAid’s maximum obligation for any claim related to these terms shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant Service, Info Product, or Good. SeniorAid is not liable for indirect losses.
9. Changes to Terms
SeniorAid reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted at SeniorAid.link. Continued use after changes signifies acceptance.
